The European Customer Data Platform (CDP) Mediarithmics has announced the native integration of  First-id into its technology stack. This alliance allows all mediarithmics clients (telecom operators, retailers, e-commerce businesses, advertisers, and media groups) to activate First-id directly from their platform in just a few clicks.

Simplified cross-device and cross-domain reconciliation

Integration streamlines and unifies the view of user journeys. Specifically, the First-id technology integrated into the Mediarithmics CDP enables :

  • Improved user recognition across different devices and domains (without reliance on third-party cookies).
  • A consistent omnichannel activation encompassing the Open Web, social networks and connected TV (CTV).
  • Reconciling multi-touch journeys within a strictly first-party framework .
  • Enhanced interoperability serving as a reconciliation key (matching id) within Data Clean Rooms.

Concrete use cases

Multi-site personalization: Brands with multiple sites can link the behavior of an internet user (even if not connected/logged in) from one environment to another, allowing, for example, a retailer to adapt its product recommendations seamlessly.

✅ Targeted advertising and frequency control: Advertisers can activate their first-party data across all acquisition channels. A car manufacturer, for example, can retarget cross-device prospects while excluding recent buyers to optimize its budget and control advertising pressure (ad capping).

Measurement and Insights (Clean Rooms): Native interoperability facilitates secure data collaboration (Data Clean Rooms), allowing CRMs to be enriched or the impact of campaigns to be measured without ever compromising or directly exchanging personal data.
